Jill Morrison has been teaching for eight years, including several grade levels and an appointment as an Academic Coach, overseeing the implementation of new curriculum and teaching methods in the classrooms.  She earned her BA in English from Azusa Pacific University, and her credential and MA in Education from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Jill is currently teaching a 4th/5th Grade combination class at Fairview Elementary School in Greenfield Union School District.  She lives in Southwest Bakersfield with her husband and children's author, Kevin, and their children, Layton and Holly.

Jill has always had a passion for teaching and celebrating along with each student when they realize how talented they really are.
